Proudly family owned and operated Babich Wines was founded in 1916 by Croatian immigrant Josip Babich. Today, using this near century of winemaking experience, the Babich Family produce great wines from New Zealand's finest wine regions.
Babich Wines produces its many styles and ranges in two locations: at the Babich Winery Henderson, Auckland, and at the new Babich Marlborough Winery built in 2013.
The family's aim is to have vineyards in the right regions on superior sites, and getting the right varieties on those superior sites so as to create wines that are stylish and refined and have easy drinking appeal.
